Man, you're fucking retarded.

The topic was removing verts from an md5 rigged mesh, which the CPU is processing the skinning on. You're so dense you can't even have a conversation that makes sense.

You don't need to justify what you know, it's clear you don't and I don't read your spiel.

You should read this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunning%E2%80%93Kruger_effect

As I already said, there are no measurable gains in removing surfaces in Doom 3 content regardless of the model type - moderns PCs handle Doom 3 perfectly fine.

And yes, you don't read what I post, obviously.

While trying to stay completely out of the current discussion... I wonder if everyone in here could try to calm down and recall why the few of us that remained active here still come to this forum...

...I think it is because of the love that we all share for the idtech4 engine and therefore I don't see much sense in poisoning the well for the few enthusiasts that still care to visit this page...

...of course you guys are free to do whatever you want and to express your opinions in every way you see fit but I think it would be great to think about what I just mentioned for a minute...

I got six little friends and they all run faster than you ;)
