Copy base/ folder into FolderOfYourChoice/ where you copied StormEngine2.exe previously
well in my build folder (Release) there's only the executable, so I must've messed up something.

Yup, Rage engine & on eliminated the DLL (and code modding because of it).

You can still mod easily. Just instead of DLL you supply modded .exe
