Title: Map not showing up in Server map list under Multiplayer

I've created a multiplayer map and have followed the instructions to the letter.  I have created a .def file that is 100% correct.  And yet my map is not showing up in the map list under Multiplayer.  What is going on?

Wrong MP mode maybe?  Are you using D3 or D3BFG?
