Welcome to the 2019 HG101 Game Finish Challenge!

This is a friendly competition to encourage people to finish games that they have started. Posting your thoughts is encouraged as is discussion no matter how long or short. Consider including a rating too, but that's 100% optional. Make sure to read all of the rules. This might seem like a lot of rules, but most are an accumulation of changes and clarifications from previous years. Unusual situations will be taken on a case by case basis. I will very likely be posting frequently, but I will not be counting my postings for competitive purposes.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If you are unsure if a game truly counts as completed, ask first and someone will likely know the answer. Some narrative games have what are functionally mid-game credits for various reasons. A few examples include the Zero Escape series, Octopath Traveler, Lost Sphear and Bravely Second.

Rules changed for this year use a — rather than a -. Rules may be expanded as needed.
