We should raise more awareness about this issue. Trump will listen if people are asking for it. Not many people know about our sorry internet in this country when compared to others. That's probably why it hasn't been fixed.

Oh ok. I hope you can get it working properly. I'd love to see bigger opened up maps. Especially a forest. Good luck.

So what kind of FPS boost do you get from this?

Yeah BFG is in Doom. Its a special pickup item. You can see through walls with using its secondary fire mode. Its awesome. Would like to see that feature in the singleplayer mode.

Yeah, dog.  :p

LOL Awesome.

The BFG is definitely not nerfed in Doom. When I get that sucker I feel invincible. Until I'm out of ammo of course. Then it's back to combat shotgunning while hopping around like a crackhead on gymnastics.

Yeah but I like going alone with AI bots too. I guess it's that classic CoD/MoH feel that I like sometimes. Would be cool to be able to somehow make large scale battles like the good ol' WW2 shooters use to have.

Have bots been added yet? I haven't heard much about them and I 'd love to have some backup in maps designed for it. I can see epic battles between you, your marine friends, and demons.

Exactly. I'm sure I piss off people when I'm running around combat shotgunning like a noob. But you know what I really don't care because I'm usually always in the top 3 and I get lots of kills.  O0

This is great. And yes I agree Friar.

The weapons are fine. You can stomp anybody with any weapon as long as you know it very well.

I bet they'll eventually add a mode/option for that classic gameplay. You're not the only one who wants it. I see it regularly posted at various forums. People want to play without loadouts. The problem I see is having to go through all the maps and strategically place weapons. Testing would be needed.

I see your point. But anything having to do with the Doom Slayer should be DLC. I see no reason why they can't keep adding to this game. Show what happens after the cliffhanger in Doom and go into Doom 2 eventually with DLC. If they're releasing Doom 2 in the next year it shouldn't be a separate game since it's just gonna use the same engine anyways with a few graphical enhancements. I don't want id going all CoD with the Doom franchise. Now if it's gonna be released in like 5 to 10 years then yeah I can get on board with a standalone Doom 2 because you know it's gonna have all new content and more then likely a new engine. But if not then give us a new game from a different IP like you said.

I think they should stay away from releasing a brand new game for Doom 2. Why not just release it as a huge addon. I'd gladly pay $40 for another full DLC campaign with the same quality as Doom 2016. Heck maybe even $50. It would be best to keep it all on the same platform. Maybe do a little tweaking to the idtech 6 engine to make it look a bit better in Doom 2 and also have those changes affect Doom as well. I see no reason to do the Call of Duty/Madden method of sequels. The amount of content they've put out has been successful for them. Doing this too could start something new in the market. People would buy it for sure.
