I just exported it from the Doom resources file as an .obj & imported it. Can't access most stuff, sadly. :(
I wonder if the resources/binary format Doom uses is the same as the Rage/BFG engine. :?

Get model, get Blender, rig it, export it for Doom 3 and you'll have it.
You'll also need to rig it up for the cinematic player model too. And remodel and retexture the arms for the weapon view models so that everything meshes together. Lots of hard work.
I want the little figurine model & textures, don't care about the doomguy model. :)
