I wanna make some new GUIs that play video. However I'm not sure if my process of making .roq files is incorrect or if my .gui file/.mtl file is incorrectly scripted.
The .roq file I made was created via Quake Video Maker from a series of still images.
Yep that is pretty much how it is done, it strings together a series of stills in jpg format to create the roq :)
