Content for Games/etc. / Re: Sharing My Music / SFX - Over 2000 Tracks
« Last post by Eric Matyas on May 31, 2022, 09:18:01 AM »
Hey Everyone,

Content creators keep asking me if they can use my assets in projects intended to make money...

The answer is YES...please do! :-)

As long as you use my assets within projects and properly attribute me, it's perfectly fine.  Here's a link to my attribution page:

https://soundimage.org/attribution-info/

What you CANNOT do is resell my assets outright or, say, make an original soundtrack from my music and sell that. That would be illegal. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

That said, this week's brand new sounds are:

On my Sci-Fi Ambience page:
"ELECTRO DRONE"
https://soundimage.org/amb-sci-fi-ambience/

And on my Urban Ambience page:
"STREET AMBIENCE 1-3"_5-28-22
https://soundimage.org/amb-urban-ambience/

Enjoy, stay safe and keep being creative!

Happy Friday!

If you happen to find my free assets helpful, please consider making a small donation on my website to help support my efforts. My site is 100% ad-free...I pay for everything myself and contributions from the creative community really help a lot.

That said, you'll find this week's new free textures on these pages:

FUR/CARPET - Artistic - Tile-able

GROUND TEXTURES - Artistic - Tile-able

Enjoy, stay safe and keep being creative!  :-)

That's from the cam view?  That looks really good!  I'd love to see the same scene shots done in D3 & UE for comparison.

OOOO LDAsh, yer sharing our baby!  - and yes .... "cam" view in the editor, and no way to remove the light diamonds when taking a screen. A real bummer.

This is just from DarkRadiant cam-view.  Latest version actually supports normalmaps and shadows, although not using it just yet.
Currently don't have an engine dedicated to the project although probably will end up just using Unreal, but will still stick with Radiant due to how we can scale the patch-meshes and mapobject LODs.

Oh, that's neat. DR came a long way I suppose.

You could always use Storm Engine 2 ;)
