VGames

I brought it up to further show how AMD is lacking these days. Plus Nvidia and Intel are being pushed by devs for PC gaming. Thought I should share.

Of course Intel & Nvidia are pushing PC games: AMD has the console market cornered.  They've got more then enough sales on those GPU's.  Just like Intel has the CPU market cornered.  It's Nvidia that's all one in it's field, and they focus solely on that and do very well.  Intel and AMD have diversified relatively well, Nvidia seems stuck in the GPU only mode.  That's not necessarily a bad thing, but they depend on hard core PC gaming to keep them alive.  Most indie games today don't need anything newer then several years ago.

When hardcore PC gaming is what you do Nvidia is obviously the way to go then.

Would be crazy if Nvidia started making CPUs too.

Nvidia also sells chips to car manufacturers and rendering solutions to CG studios.
